Who operates DineKit

DineKit is developed and operated by Regal IT Solutions. References in this statement to DineKit, we, us, or our refer to the DineKit product and the supporting services delivered by Regal IT Solutions.

What we collect

DineKit processes the information needed to run hospitality workflows such as reservation requests, pickup orders, gift card purchases, owner logins, and support enquiries. That can include names, phone numbers, email addresses, guest notes, booking details, order details, and operational account information.

How information is used

We use that information to deliver restaurant services, notify restaurants and guests, secure account access, investigate issues, and maintain platform reliability. Where a guest chooses marketing updates, that preference is stored with the restaurant customer record.

Restaurant data ownership

Customer and guest interaction data collected for a restaurant is made available to that restaurant through the owner portal and related management tools. DineKit, developed by Regal IT Solutions, provides the software platform and related communications infrastructure for those workflows.

Payments and external services

Payments are processed using external payment providers such as Stripe. Email and SMS delivery may also rely on third-party providers. DineKit stores the operational records needed to track those workflows, but card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly inside the app.

Security and retention

We use session controls, rate limiting, access restrictions, background job processing, and related safeguards to protect the platform. Data is retained for operational, security, and record-keeping needs for as long as reasonably required by the service relationship.
