Terms and Conditions
Terms for DineKit bookings, pickup orders, gift cards, and account access.
These terms explain how DineKit, a product developed by Regal IT Solutions, supports restaurant guest interactions and portal access. Restaurants may also apply their own venue-specific conditions.
Who provides the service
DineKit is developed and operated by Regal IT Solutions. References in these terms to DineKit, we, us, or our refer to the DineKit product and the supporting services delivered by Regal IT Solutions.
Reservation requests
Booking submissions are requests and remain subject to venue availability, operating hours, closures, and restaurant confirmation. Special requests are passed to the restaurant but may not always be guaranteed.
Pickup orders
Pickup orders are processed according to the menu, preparation windows, operating schedule, and payment conditions configured by the restaurant. Restaurants may contact the customer if an order needs to be updated or clarified.
Gift cards
Gift cards are issued for the selected restaurant and remain subject to that venue's redemption, expiry, and service conditions. Restaurants may refuse invalid, duplicated, expired, or fraudulent redemption attempts.
Account access
Restaurant owners and platform administrators are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for using the portal in line with legitimate business operations. DineKit, developed by Regal IT Solutions, may limit or revoke access where misuse, security issues, or unpaid service conditions require it.
Platform availability
DineKit aims to provide reliable hosted services, but availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party services, connectivity issues, or other operational events.
